5) Description of the subject of the order.1. The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for construction works related to the implementation of the task titled: Construction of a pocket park at ul. Aleksandra, for the Municipal Greenery Board in Krakow.1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it. 1.2 The subject of the order concerns a task investment no.: ZZM/O1.149/26 Construction of a pocket park at ul.
