1.1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to thermal modernization based on the audit and design documentation (guaranteed works) and additional finishing works on staircases improving the aesthetics (works not covered by audit, part covered by option rights) of the building at ul. Nowowiejska 70 in Dzieroniów, as part of the implementation of the investment project entitled: Modernization of residential buildings in the Dzieroniw Municipality and the Piawa Grna Commune. The task is co-financed under European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027. The scope of work for this task is indicated and described in: a) The architectural and construction project entitled Thermal modernization of the building at ul.
