The detailed scope of the task: Execution of construction works in the premises of the Rector's Office - 1st floor, segment A, is described in the Description of the Subject of the Order, design documentation, Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works, which is an annex to the SWZ. 1. Rkojmia and warranty: The contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for a period of min. 36 months for the subject of the order, excluding systems and devices covered by the subject of the order for which a warranty is provided by the manufacturer. For systems and devices covered by the subject orders are subject to a warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms, but not shorter than 36 months. The contractor is obliged to provide at least: 5-year warranty on the subject of the order. The detailed terms and conditions of the guarantee and warranty are specified in the draft contract an integral part of the Specification of Order Conditions.2.
