Execution of construction works for the project "Lubań - culture and art in a new version - reconstruction of the Municipal Cultural Center and the Municipal Amphitheater" 1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works for the project "Lubań - culture and art in a new version - "reconstruction of the Municipal Cultural Center and the Municipal Amphitheatre". 2.The scope of works includes: 1) Municipal Cultural Center (facility entered into the Municipal Register of Monuments): a) extension of the building with a technical room behind the stage in order to locate the control panels ventilation; b) insulating external walls from the outside with large-grained perlite-based plaster and from the inside with cork-based plaster; c) insulating the roof and the ceiling above the top floor with mineral wool and partial replacement of the roof; d) adaptation facility for use by disabled people (does not apply to the balcony and part of the teaching rooms in the southern part of the building on the first floor); e) reconstruction of emergency exits from the auditorium; f)reconstruction of window openings in the façade northeastern; g) construction of a recording room on the balcony of the auditorium; h)renovation or replacement of floors with leveling the difference in levels; i) improving the acoustics of the auditorium; j) construction of a small cinema hall (for 20 people) in an existing facility ground floor; k) construction of an external elevator at staircase 2; l) construction of a ramp for the disabled at the main entrance to the building; m)replacement of doors and windows with historic wooden ones...
