1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works as part of the task titled Improving the functionality and aesthetics of the Marshal's Office building at ul. Dbrowskiego 23 in Katowice.2. The description of the subject of the order (in short: OPZ) is attached as Appendix No. 3 to SWZ/Appendix No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract. 3. The draft provisions of the contract regarding the above public procurement, which will be introduced into the content of the contract, are included in Annex No. 2 to SWZ.4. The planned investment provides the necessary conditions use of public facilities by disabled persons referred to in Article 1 of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, drawn up in New York 2006/12/13 (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1169, and of 2018, item 1217), including older persons in accordance with art. 5 section 1 point 4 of the Construction Law. The facility has access for disabled people through directly existing, threshold-free entrances from the outside and also through an automatic door opening system for disabled people using a button.5.
