As part of the subject of the order, the next stage of reconstruction of the common room building is planned, which consists in constructing a wooden roof over the entrance, covering the roof with carp tiles arranged in a lacing pattern (approx. 11, 318 m2), installing a gutter with downpipes on southern façade and a gutter with a gutter on the staircase roof, construction of fire separation walls on the ground floor and attic.
