1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works as part of the investment task titled: Modernization of rooms for the Clinical Department of Intensive Cardiological Surveillance - building E level 1. street Bialska 104/118.2. Within the scope of the subject of the order includes: dismantling and demolition works; plastering works; renovation works; finishing works; painting works; electrical works; internal installation works; low-voltage installation works (paging system), replacement of door joinery; execution sanitary installations and ventilation interior finishing; partial equipment and furnishing of rooms3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. It consists of the following documents: 1) technical description, 2) Technical Specifications Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWiORB)3) bills of quantities 4. Due to the fact that the Contractor's remuneration indicated in the offer will be a lump sum, when pricing the offer, the Contractor should rely on the scope indicated in the design documentation referred to in point 3(1) and STWiORB.
