The subject of the order is the performance of construction works as part of the investment project titled: Modernization of traffic lights at the intersection of ul. Dbrowskiego from ul. Grnicki in Owicim. The investment involves the reconstruction of the existing traffic lights intersection of ul. Dbrowskiego, ul. Grnickiego and Plac Tadeusz Kociuszki in Owicim and on the renovation of the surface of this intersection with a mineral and bituminous mixture. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions for carrying out the works are set out in the annexes to SWZ, i.e.: design documentation, detailed technical specifications, bill of quantities, draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be included in the content of this contract. The works will be carried out in accordance with the works notification. Performer is obliged, among others, to: to: carry out works in accordance with applicable regulations and taking into account all arrangements with the administrators of networks and devices existing in the area of ​​works carried out; ensuring construction and works management at its own expense by persons with appropriate professional qualifications and authorizations to carry out work in particular...
