The subject of the order is the execution of construction works in the design and build formula, including the modernization of external infrastructure and renovation works inside the premises of the building no. 35 at ul. Dziadowska 8a in Warsaw.2. The ordering party requires the award by the Contractor, a quality guarantee and warranty for the construction works performed for a period of at least 24 months from the date of receipt of the item. The quality and warranty period is the criterion for evaluating the offers.3.
