The subject of the order is the performance of construction works including the modernization and adaptation of the public building of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Krakow, located in the estate. Krakowiakw 46 in Kraków (registration unit 126103_9 Nowa Huta, area 0050 NH-50, plot no. 28), to the applicable requirements resulting from legal provisions, design documentation and the functional needs of the Ordering Party. The subject of the order will be implemented on the basis of complete design documentation, including: construction and executive designs of all industries, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, administrative decisions, decisions on building permits, conservation decisions and other technical studies constituting a description of the subject of the order.
