Execution of construction works in the design and build formula for the task titled: Modernization of the existing elevated helipad for rescue helicopters "Koszalin-Szpital" The subject of the order is development based on the Functional and Utility Program, incl "design and build" formula, complete design documentation (including author's supervision at the stage of task implementation), and then execution of all works based on the agreed design, including: preparatory and dismantling works, surveying, tree felling, construction and installation works, elevator installation, delivery and installation of the DIFFS/RMS automatic extinguishing system, equipping the helipad with the necessary equipment, boards, etc., for an investment consisting in the modernization of the existing a raised landing pad for rescue helicopters "Koszalin - Szpital" along with technical infrastructure, internal and external installations and land development. The entire project must obtain the permits required by law and obtain approval landing strips to be operated by the Air Ambulance Service.
