1. The subject of the proceedings is the design and execution of construction works consisting in improving the energy efficiency of the public utility building in question, i.e. the headquarters of the Theater. St. I. Witkiewicz in Zakopane at ul. Chramcwki 15.2. Scope obligations of the Contractor in the design and build mode: 1) Preparation of an inventory of the facility to the extent enabling the preparation of comprehensive design documentation. 2) Preparation of the building's energy performance certificate. 3) Preparation of complete documentation design necessary to implement the investment intention, documents required to report construction works, detailed designs, industry designs and formal and legal documentation, in accordance with applicable regulations, standards and guidelines Investor.4) Obtaining all administrative decisions, arrangements, opinions and permits necessary to implement the investment, acting on the basis of the power of attorney granted by the Investor, including notification of construction works and obtaining a permit for construction.5) Preparation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works in accordance with the requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology ...
