Execution of construction works in the design and build formula for the task entitled: "Reconstruction and expansion of the "A9" building of the Provincial Hospital. The subject of the order is the development of complete design documentation (including performing author's supervision at the stage of task implementation), and then performing construction works in the design and build formula for the investment consisting in the reconstruction and expansion of the "A9" building of the Provincial Hospital. Nicolaus Copernicus in Koszalin with technical infrastructure, internal and external installations and land development. 2. The task is carried out as part of the project entitled: "Providing equal access to rehabilitation services for children and adults and outpatient specialist care for children in the eastern part of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The project is co-financed by the European Fund for Western Pomerania 2021-2027. 3.The scope of the order includes: 1) Stage I - development design documentation for the reconstruction and expansion of the "A9" building of the Provincial Hospital.
