The subject of the order is the performance of construction works in the design and build formula in order to implement the investment called Reconstruction of the second floor of segment C and part of the rooms of segment A of SP ZOZ MSWiA in Lublin. The order covers real estate located at address: ul. Grenadierw 3, 20 331 Lublin, plot no. 224/3, plot 11 Dziesita Wie, sheet 2.2. The subject of the order is described in detail in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. Description of the subject of the order: Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as PFU).3. Conditions implementation of the subject of the contract were also included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract - constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
