The subject of the order is the execution of construction works in the design and build formula consisting in "Modernization of part of the F. Ceynowa Specialist Hospital in Wejherowo in order to create an Outpatient Specialist Care Center" under the European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027 Program, Priority 6. European Funds for socially strong Pomerania (ERDF), Measure 6.7. Health infrastructure, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund. The investment is located on the premises of the Pomeranian Hospitals at ul. Jagalskiego 10, 84-200 Wejherowo. 2.Detailed the scope of work covered by the order is described in Annexes No. 2 and 5 to the SWZ. 3. Pursuant to Art. 131 section 2 point 1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party recommends that the Contractor conduct a site inspection before submitting the offer. Regarding the site visit and its arrangements deadline, please contact Ms. Katarzyna Dąbkowska by phone: 58 572 72 40 8:00-13:00. Following the inspection, the Contractor will receive a certificate confirming the on-site inspection. The costs of the on-site inspection will be borne by the Contractor.
