The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in thermal modernization and reconstruction of the building Kindergarten No. 34 at ul. Dmowskiego 11 in Bydgoszcz. 2. The Ordering Party envisages awarding the contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act on Public Procurement. Possible similar orders: 1) will include an increased scope of works specified in the design documentation and not specified in the design documentation, but consistent with the subject of the order. In the case in question, this will concern the performance of works related to the reconstruction of rooms, including finishing works, replacement of windows and doors, expansion of internal and external installations (including electrical, telecommunications, water and sewage, central heating, central heating, ventilation, air conditioning, rainwater, fire protection, hydrant), external road works. 2) the conclusion of the contract will be preceded by an appropriate date an invitation to negotiations and negotiations 3.
