The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in thermal modernization and reconstruction of the building Kindergarten No. 34 at ul. Dmowskiego 11 in Bydgoszcz. 2. The Ordering Party envisages awarding the contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act on Public Procurement. Possible similar orders: 1) will include an increased scope of works specified in the design documentation and not specified in the design documentation, but consistent with the subject of the order.
