Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive execution of a task called: Execution of construction works consisting in the reconstruction and adaptation of the purchased building into a district warehouse for civil protection and civil protection resources.2. The task is carried out in a formula Design and Build. The scope of the order includes two inseparable implementation phases: 1. Phase I (Design): consisting in the preparation of full, multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation (including, among others, construction design, detailed designs, BIOZ information), obtaining on behalf and on behalf of the Ordering Party all necessary technical conditions, opinions, arrangements, inspections and administrative decisions, including the final decision on the construction permit or effective notification of the works construction that does not require a permit;2. Phase II (Execution): consisting in comprehensive implementation of construction, installation and finishing works on the basis of design documentation approved by the Ordering Party, as well as supervision by authorized persons designers, author's supervision over the implementation of these works to the full extent.
