1. The order involves the performance of construction works consisting in the addition of a passenger lift with an electric drive to the external wall of a public utility building at ul. Kociuszki 18 in Sopot; Dziaka No. 66/2, ORB 0001. 2. The subject of the order includes comprehensive execution of all construction works in accordance with the design documentation and technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (hereinafter referred to as STWiORB), constituting Annex No. 2 to this contract, and all activities necessary to perform the subject contract and putting the facility into use. The subject of the order does not include the reconstruction of the heat pipeline.3. The scope of the subject of the order includes in particular: Extension of a passenger lift with electric drive at the external wall of a public utility building at street Kociuszki 18: a) Construction works;b) Delivery and assembly of a crane with an electric drive;c) Electrical works (construction of the crane power supply installation, heating mats, lighting installation);d) Sanitary works (reconstruction of intake and exhaust from the ventilation unit located in the basement of the building, reconstruction of a part of the central heating installation, reconstruction...
