1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the adaptation of the so-called room. interview room for office space in the Termy Maltaskie complex in Poznań. The subject of the order should be made in accordance with the detailed design (hereinafter referred to as project documentation) called Execution of construction works in the form of division of room no. 21.103 into separate office rooms in the Termy Maltaskie Sports and Recreation Complex building by WWJA sp. z o.o. sp.k. with headquarters in Poznań (61-825) at ul. Krysiewicza 5/9, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ).2. The subject of the order also includes the delivery and installation of the equipment specified in point two of OPZ.3. The scope of the order includes a study in Polish complete as-built documentation, meeting the requirements of the applicable provisions of Polish law in this regard, together with the provisions of the Construction Law Act of July 7, 1994.
