Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Construction works, renovation of the street surface. Home Army (stage I) in Zawiercie. 2. Scope of planned renovation works: Roadway: Section length: 335.00 m, Road area: 3720.00 m2, Roadside area: 290.00 m23. PLANNED WORKsa) demolition works, b) removal of rubble from the construction site, c) execution of assembly works, d) adjustment of external devices, e) construction of the above-mentioned road surface, f) finishing works, g) reconstruction of horizontal markings. 4. The Contractor's obligations arising from from the implementation of the subject of the order also include the draft provisions of the contract, which will be introduced into the content of the contract. 5. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a warranty for the completed subject of the order for a period of not less than 36 months from the date of final acceptance of work.6. The warranty period for the performance of the subject of the order will correspond to the period of validity of the quality guarantee.7.
