1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in adapting the entrance to the property located at ul. to the user's needs. J. Kulasa 8 in Poznań, including the development of design documentation and obtaining the necessary documents enabling the performance of construction works. 2. The Ordering Party requires a minimum warranty for construction works of 36 months.3. Brief description of the subject of the order: 3.1 In the scope of design work: - inventory, - technical expertise of the existing assembly, - work program conservation (if necessary), - construction design, taking into account the performance of all necessary construction works, including proper protection of the existing technical infrastructure, - detailed design, - offer cost estimates for individual scope of works, - Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, - obtaining all necessary consents, decisions, permits, arrangements, conditions and opinions; 3.2 In the scope of construction works: - strengthening the inn so that gate No. 2 can be used with the same load as gate No. 1 and adapting the exit to the function of a fire route, - securing the slopes of the exit, - ...
