The subject of the order is construction and renovation works in student dormitories: Renovation of bathrooms and shower cabins - II floor. DS Centaur at ul. Grunwaldzka 65 in Wrocaw; Renovation of the kitchen on the first and second floors of DS Talizman (right wing of the building) at ul. Grunwaldzka 63 in Wrocaw. The order must be made in accordance with: - the SWZ, - the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works in all industries (hereinafter: STWiORB), - the Bills of Quantities. A detailed description of how to perform the subject of the order (including among others conditions of execution of works, terms of payment, conditions regarding acceptance, subcontractors) was specified in the SWZ, in the draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ) and in the other technical documentation referred to above.
