Task No. 1 - Construction of antenna installations for the TETRA radio communication system at the State Forests facility, fire protection observation room. Zoty Potok. The subject of the order is the implementation of antenna installations for the base station of the TETRA radio communication system State Forests facility, fire detection room. Zoty Potok. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 3.1 to the SWZ, i.e. technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, and 3.1.1 to the SWZ, i.e. technical design, bill of quantities, where the bill of quantities is auxiliary for calculating the offer price. The minimum requirements of the Ordering Party are described in the annexes. Failure to meet the minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the order pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law. Ordering party requires the Contractor to provide a minimum warranty for the subject of the order, i.e. 24 months from the date of the acceptance report.
