Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the performance and delivery of promotional materials (gadgets) and the delivery of prizes for the purposes of the implementation of competitions organized as part of "Lesser Poland Night of Scientists 2025" (MNN 2025).
2. The order includes, among others:
1) washable tattoos,
2) ecologically packed T -shirts,
3) pendants reflective - loop,
4) shopping bags from Jute,
5) paper bags,
6) bags with strings with reflective elements,
7) the camera immediately evoking photos,
8) portable, wireless speaker that allows you to play sound from devices with bluetooth, e.g. smartphones, tablets or laptops,
9) thermal cups.
3. Promotional materials and prizes will be used by the Lesser Poland Voivodeship and the event partners during Lesser Poland Night of Scientists, i.e. September 26, 2025.
39 institutions indicated by the Ordering Party located in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship (most based in Krakow).
The rules for the Employer exercise the right options are set out in Annex 1C to SWZ - contract template.
6. The terms of the contract and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are included in the planned provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, which will be entered into the public procurement contract - template of the contract and constitute Annex 1C to swz.
