1. The subject of this order is to update the design documentation for the renovation and adaptation of hotel buildings for residential buildings located at ul. Siemianowicka 105a and 105e in Bytom.2. As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: to perform author's supervision in accordance with Art. 20 section 1 point 4) of the Construction Law. The Ordering Party provides for 15 supervisory activities.3. The documentation that is updated has an active building permit.4. Design documentation that is updated is available at: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mO93C6Imrx6IKXE_SdL-GVmqsPkKygKe/view?usp=sharing5. The updated documentation will be used to initiate public procurement proceedings for construction works.6. Szczegowy opis the subject of the order is Appendix No. to SWZ.7.
