This agreement aims to guarantee operational maintenance, urgent interventions and targeted adjustments to the electrical installations within its portfolio. The assignments are assigned on demand and include a wide range of technical work. The list below provides an indicative, but not exhaustive, overview of the expected performance: Repairs and Replacements: Repairing or reattaching loose sockets, switches and floor pots (including covers).
