Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The ILO executes the INTEGRAMOS project in Ecuador with financing of IRCC Canada, one of the objectives of the project is to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations to accompany and support migrants, refugees and nationals through the promotion and integration of the principles of equitable hiring, and advocacy for the insertion of this group into the labor market. Thus, the hiring of a consultancy is required to accompany the work of Fundación Diálogo Diverso in relation to the Network of Diverse Entrepreneurs, considering the extensive experience of this organization in working with civil society and, in particular, in the promotion and defense of the rights of LGBTIQ+ people in the country and at the regional level. The consultancy will cover: a. Diagnosis of current capabilities of the Foundation, limitations and possibilities for improvement.b. Design of instruments to strengthen capacities, especially in relation to the consolidation, management and scaling of the Network of Diverse Entrepreneurs.
