Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The ILO executes the INTEGRAMOS project in Peru with financing from IRCC Canada, one of the objectives of the project is to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations to accompany and support migrants, refugees and nationals through the promotion and integration of the principles of equitable hiring, and advocacy for the insertion of this group into the labor market. Thus, the hiring of a consultancy is required to strengthen the technical and institutional capacities of OCASIVEN, particularly the COMPAS team, through the design of materials, the training of trainers and the accompaniment to the replication of training, in order to ensure the sustainability and quality of the training processes aimed at civil society organizations on issues of management social projects, organizational financial management and sustainability, gender and diversity approaches, with emphasis on the LGBTIQ+ population and the mobile population. Please keep in mind that if travel is required for this mission, the travel expenses necessary will be covered by the ILO.
