Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The purpose of this consultancy is to provide assistance technical assistance to the Special Administrative Unit of the Public Employment Service for the design of a post-placement monitoring model for workers linked to employment abroad through transnational management and placement processes. The person The consulting firm must:• Carry out an institutional and regulatory diagnosis on post-placement monitoring within the framework of transnational management and placement.• Design a methodological model of post-placement monitoring that strengthens the capacity of the Public Employment Service to monitor employment trajectories, identify risks, promote the protection of labor rights and generate information for the continuous improvement of public policy.• Develop and validate, in coordination with the ILO and the Public Employment Service, an operational toolbox that includes instruments, formats, protocols, indicators and other tools necessary for the implementation of the model.• Facilitate spaces for consultation and validation with providers authorized transnational management and placement and other strategic actors, systematizing the main findings and recommendations.• Prepare the Technical Guide for Postplacement Monitoring of Worker...
