Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: This consultancy has the main objective of strengthening the system Project monitoring We integrate through the organization, analysis and systematization of existing information based on the logical framework of the project, as well as the design and implementation of complementary information gathering tools that allow an intermediate monitoring exercise to be carried out and generate strategic inputs for the visibility of progress, results and good practices in the three countries and areas of action of the project.
