Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: In this context, the ILO, within the framework of its technical support to the Member States, seeks to hire, for Peru, a specialized consultancy to develop a labor migration roadmap in Peru, focused on the role of employment services and circular labor migration in coordination with the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (RREE) to establish guidelines for safe, orderly, regular labor migration focused on decent work, aimed at improving services for people migrant workers in coordination with relevant entities in the destination countries (i.e. Ministries of Foreign Affairs, consular network, and foreign companies, among others). Please keep in mind that if travel is required for this mission, the Necessary travel expenses will be covered by the ILO.
