Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The International Labor Organization (ILO), through its Andean Office and the Integramos project, continues to support the strengthening of the SPE in terms of socioeconomic inclusion, with emphasis on the migrant population and other vulnerable groups. In this sense, the present consultancy aims to develop a set of methodological and operational tools that allow strengthening the implementation of the Employment Without Barriers program, promoting continuous improvement, the adoption of the payment by results approach, the incorporation of differential approaches and the strengthening articulation with the business sector. Please note that if travel is required for this mission, the necessary travel expenses will be covered by the ILO.
