Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: Within the framework of the INTEGRAMOS project, implemented by the Office Andina of the International Labor Organization (ILO), whose purpose is to promote the socioeconomic integration of migrants, refugees and host communities, the strengthening of the capacities of the actors of the ecosystem of employment to promote equitable hiring and access to decent work. In this context, the consultancy seeks to articulate the main actors of the employment ecosystem of the city of Medellín through participatory processes and spaces of co-creation that allow the adaptation and strengthening of tools and methodologies developed by the ILO and UNHCR. As a result, it is expected to consolidate a relevant, practical and replicable Toolbox for Equitable Contracting, which responds to the needs of the Colombian context and can be implemented and adapted in different territories of the country.
