The subject of the contract is a complete replacement of the refrigeration technology for the Sales area and ground of HM, Bakery and Hospitality, i.e. for the evening, refrigerated storage areas, freezers, cold stores, production areas and transport facilities, and the transfer of distribution sales furniture to the sales area. Bite the subject is also complete technology for using waste heat. In Pekrn, the substance of the subject is filled with a variety of building blocks. A necessary component is putting the new technology into operation, passing through the service, supply and implementation of monitoring, temperature collection and operational technology data, alarm and energy. According to the contract, the subject of the order is the complete dismantling of the old technology and its ecological disposal.
