The works include clearing ditch lines, filling and damming ditches, and paving the stream bed. Rauhala and Lehtimäki area, Kajaani: Clearing 3320 meters of ditch line, 3760 meters of supporting ditch, 1 filter cloth dam and 5-6 peat dams. Pesälä area, Puolanka: Blocking ditch 1000 meters, 1 filter cloth dam. Restoration of the stream by paving 300 meters and two dams of the old bed for watering. Pienivaara korpi, Paltamo: 1400 meters of ditch line to be cleared, 1450 meters of ditch to be blocked and 6 reinforced filter cloth dams. The work can start on August 1 at the earliest. The work is aimed to be carried out during the end of 2026, depending on the circumstances by. In addition, the purchase includes the materials needed for the restoration work, such as filter cloths.
