Clem zadvacho zen is closed under the terms of the agreement according to 131 ZZVZ for excavation and auxiliary work. The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with 3 (three) parties, at least with 1 (one) party, for the hundred A public contracts. The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with 2 (two) parties for stage B of the public procurement, at least a bag with 1 (one) passenger. The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with 2 (two) employees, at least with 1 (one) employee, for the C public procurement. As a result of the two women, a total of 3 rmco agreements will be concluded. Considered model of agreement framework for individual public contracts (item A, B, C) is given in plots. 1a, 1b, 1c these calls. The execution of long-standing public contracts on the basis of contract agreements will take place in accordance with Article 132, paragraph 3 of the Act. b) ZZVZ, i.e. without renewing the sum between the parties to the agreement based on the principle of the so-called always, in the form of an order system.
