The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this requirement. This requirement is Manufacture sole source to KEYSIGHT TECHNOLOGIES, INC., with competition among authorized distributors. Complete details will be available in the solicitation.
