500 h / year The content of this tender is the examination of rainwater concepts (RWK) assigned by ERZ, which must be submitted by the building owner as part of building applications to the building permit office and subsequently reach ERZ Drainage. In The ERZ guidelines for property drainage describe what content a rainwater concept must contain so that it can be tested. Important: The test is carried out at the concept level, not at the project planning level. All documents to be checked are available digitally. The documentation of the test must also be done digitally. There are two lots with identical content, each lasting an average of around 500 hours per year.
