1. The subject of the contract is:
1) The contractor conducted a study of financial statements of the Ordering Party for 2025 and 2026, i.e.
a) annual unit and total financial statements of the National Agricultural Support Center for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025 and for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2026,
b) annual unit and total financial statements on the management of the property of the State Treasury agricultural ownership for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025 and for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2026,
hereinafter referred to as "financial reports" or "Financial statements" in relation to one of them,
2) submitting to the Employer regarding each of the financial statements indicated in point 1), the report on his examination, in accordance with the principles set out in chapter 6 of the Act of 11 May 2017 on statutory auditors, audit companies and public supervision (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1035, as amended).
2. The detailed scope of the study of financial statements and the terms of the contract are included in the relevant provisions of the contract hereinafter referred to as IPU, constituting Annex 8 to SWZ.
3. Basic information about the Ordering Party, rules KOWR financial management and financial data are included in Annex 9 to SWZ.
