THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE NOTIFICATION
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: Gyrocompass. This requirement is sole sourced to: EXAIL DEFENSE SYSTEMS INC. 27 Wellington Road Lincoln, RI 02865 as the only authorized distributor of Compass in this territory. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to Miranda.m.zamarron.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall reference PMT number N68936-26-SIMACQ-DB0000M/EB0000M-0181 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm-s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
