The Department is seeking a contractor to carry out an evaluation of Efficiency Vermont-s Forward Capacity Market bid into the ISO-NE market.The purpose of this scope of work is to: (1) develop and implement a process to verify savings calculations for select efficiency services delivered by Efficiency Vermont (“EVT”) as fulfillment of commitments made in the FCM and (2) provide recommendation on the certification of the EEUs methodologies as they apply to following the M&V plan approved by ISO-NE.
