The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to engage a qualified Service Provider with demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat intelligence, physical security, and critical infrastructure operations. The successful proponent will be responsible for developing a comprehensive suite of assessment frameworks, tools, procedures, templates, and training materials. These deliverables will support the Independent Electricity System Operator-s (IESO) requirements for identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with both external and IESO-hosted on-premises events.
