Description : I. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
● Must be a DOT-accredited entity that shall be responsible for the comprehensive management of travel logistics, event planning, hybrid event implementation, coordination, execution, documentation, video production, and all other related logistical requirements.
● Must have experience in handling tourism events, awarding, conferences, including hybrid events, etc.
● Must be registered with PhilGEPS and compliant with existing government procurement laws.
● Must be flexible to make adjustments in schedules and activities, if necessary.
II. SCOPE, COVERAGE, AND DELIVERABLES
The service provider shall be responsible for the following:
1. TRANSPORTATION
One (1) van (whole-day rental) to be used for transporting Resource Persons and Moderators, as well as moving training materials and equipment from the DOT Makati Office to the event location, and vice versa.
