TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab is requesting offers for sound reproduction services as well as additional and ancillary services for the planning and implementation services of other event technical services for the framework agreement to be concluded with the city of Vaasa and possibly other TeeSe for use by owner communities. Based on the competition, a maximum of two suppliers will be selected, with whom the goal is to conclude a framework agreement in June 2026 and it will be valid until further notice. around €40, 000 per year, but the annual variation (approx. €35, 000 - €45, 000) is significantly affected by the number of events and the way they are organised. The services covered by the agreement are ordered for the city of Vaasa by e.g. Cultural services, Youth services, Kuula-opisto, Vaasa lyseo high school, Vamia and the city orchestra and theater. The tenderer is required to be able to provide sound reproduction services for events with an audience of at least 5, 000 people. As an example of the larger organization of the city of Vaasa public events include the Vaasa Choir Festival and the Night of the Arts. In addition to these, the city of Vaasa organizes various meetings, fairs and seminars as well as music, sports and cultural events throughout the year.
