Background:The International Labour Organization is organizing a, “ High-level dialogue on advancing Responsible Business Conduct for Decent Work in India”, during the ILO Director- General-s visit to India, at the Le Meridien Hotel, Windsor Place Janpath, New Delhi, on 18 February 2026. In this context, the contractor will perform following services. Tasks to be performed: Flight tickets: (Tentative & subject to change) Purchase of round trip air tickets by the most economical and direct route and distribution of the same to the outstation participants (from other cities in India) of the event as per the list shared by the ILO team at the ILO for around 15 participants (subject to change). Travel Dates: To New Delhi: 17 February 2026 (or early morning flights on 18 February 2026 if necessary)From New Delhi: evening on 18 February 2026 or next day depending on flight availabilityB. Follow ups with participants on receipt of air tickets to avoid cancellation due to no show/ missing of flights etc. C. DSA distribution to the outstation participants at the event at INR 10, 000 per night on actuals, as per the details provided in the sheet as shared by the ILO team. D. Preparation of memento (around 10-15) - subject to change E. Photographer (provision of minimum 60 high resolution photo data by next day) F.
