Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (erfp) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier Who Will Provide Event Staffing And Security For Georgia Southern University (the State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfp. The Purpose Of The Project Is To Contract With A Supplier To Furnish Staffing Primarily For Athletic Events (football, Baseball, Volleyball, Softball, And Basketball). Supplier May Also Be Required To Furnish Staffing For Concerts, Graduations, And Other Events Including Student Organization Events (i.e. Day One). ). These Events May Take Place On Any Of Georgia Southern University¿s Three Campuses: Statesboro Campus, Armstrong Campus In Savannah Or Liberty Campus In Hinesville.
