To carry out the “Fêtes des Lumières” project over 3 editions, the city of Mons wishes to enlist the services of a company specializing in large-scale event production. The service provider must be responsible for all of the following missions: - Analysis of the technical feasibility of the works within the imposed time constraints; - Pre-production of the event within the imposed time constraints - Assembly, maintenance and dismantling of artistic works in the city within the time constraints imposed; - Supervision of human resources for assembly, technical management and dismantling; - Technical supervision: technical support for the installation of artistic works; - Logistics supervision: movement and dispatch of necessary equipment with lifting equipment and trucks provided by an external company; - Advisory mission: the service provider will advise the contracting authority in carrying out tasks identified and necessary for the smooth running of the project; - Setting up a équipe.
