Part 1: Organization of cultural and professional programs Part 2: Event venue and event technical services Part 3: Restaurant and catering services stretching Part 1: Organization of cultural and professional programs The task of the winning tenderer is to fully organize and provide the cultural programs related to the various types of events. This involves the successful tenderer hiring the contact the cultural service providers, request and compare the offers, and then prepare the most suitable option for the Bidder. The type of cultural programs may vary from event to event, but typically city tours, guided walks, it means a visit to the library or a cruise, or the organization of an on-site art performance or musical instrument rental. In the case of both large and medium, more informal or international programs, the service provider's task is to ensure the logistics of the cultural elements also, including continuous contact with Hungarian and foreign participants, as well as Hungarian and foreign service providers.
