Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization of the artistic and entertainment event "Provincial Fair", hereinafter referred to as the "event", which includes outdoor concerts and an exhibition part. The event is open to the public and not ticketed approximately 900 participants (rotating). The order covers the comprehensive organization of the Provincial Fair, including coordination of activities related to providing the required service, preparation of infrastructure and preparation of appropriate documentation and obtaining the necessary consents to conduct the event, conduct the event and clean up the area after its completion. The contractor is obliged to create 4 cooperating zones: I-concert zone, II - stage and backstage zone scenes, III-exhibition zone IV-children's zone. 2. The subject of the order is described in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as "SOPZ"), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which is also Annex No. 1 to the draft contract (Appendix No. 12 to SWZ).
